Pam has been practicing physical therapy since 1986. Pam graduated from the University of of.Pittsburgh, BS Physical Therapy, magna cum laude.
Pam has practiced in a variety of settings including acute care(hospital based), home health care, and outpatient physical therapy clinic. These experiences bring a comprehensive and integrated approach and skill set to her practice. PT sessions are one on one in order to address a patient's individual needs and PT goals.

Functional manual therapy- muscle energy techniques, joint mobilization, strain/counter strain, myofascial release and trigger point release and craniosacral therapy.
Individualized exercise programs and training including movement re-education
